FRIEND-OF-THE-FAMILY

1.) All members will follow the rules set forth by the OWNERS at all times, whether in an Matrix_Revolutions nick or not. People that know you also that you are part of the Matrix_Revolutions no matter what nick you are running and you should project a positive image at all times. Any member found breaking any family rule is subject to immediate dismissal at the discretion of the Leadership Council. 2.) The Matrix_Revolutions is not a fight family! We are a Family that protects one another. We only fight in self defense or the defense of our Friends and regular chat rooms. 3.) Although the OWNERS value opinions and suggestions of all the family members, final determination on ALL family MEMBERS is the sole responsibility of the council. 4.) All disciplinary action is the sole responsibility of the OWNERS. And will be applied in the following manner: Major offenses are grounds for immediate dismissal at the discretion of the Council. Minor offences will result in: 1st Offense: Verbal Warning 2ndOffense:Two (2) Week Suspension 3rd Offense: Dismissal 5.) NO DRAMA WILL BE TOLERATED!!!!! Any member found causing trouble will be summarily dismissed from the family and disciplinary actions will be waived for this offense. 6.) Any member missing more than two (2) meetings in a sixty (60) day period without notification to the Council will be subject to disciplinary action and may result in dismissal from the family. 7.) All members will show respect for all family members, at all times whether in a family nick or not. 8.) Members will be required to turn in passwords to the Owners for their Matrix_Revolutions accounts. Upon membership acceptance, a numerical password will be issued to the new recruit for the sole purpose of creating an Matrix_revolutions nick for said member. Upon completion of the Matrix_Revolutions nick you will be notified. 9.) All new members will be subject to a thirty- (90) day probationary period. During this time no programs will be given to said member and no promotions can be awarded. After 90 day probationary period u will start to receive programs from us. 10.) Any person applying for membership with the Matrix_Revolutions will be required to spend one-day (1) with members of the Leadership Council. During this evaluation process the council will determine if the applicants attitude and skills will fit with our family. After completion of this evaluation process the recruit will be brought and given a voice interview and a silent vote will be taken. In event of a tie the OWNERS will make the final determination. 11.) ALL DECISIONS MADE BY THE Leadership Council ARE FINAL! 12.) Any family member instigating trouble of any kind will not receive help from any Matrix_Revolutions member. YOU MAKE A MESS... YOU CLEAN IT UP! 13.) Absolutely NO BOOTING, HACKING, OR CRACKING of fellow family members will be tolerated. Find a family member willing and go to a PRIVATE ROOM to test. This is the ONLY EXCEPTION to this rule. 14.) No booting in main chat rooms unless in self-defense or the defense of another member or the room itself. NEVER USE UR Matrix_Revolutions NICK AS A BOT! In the event malicious persons are in your regular chat room or you are called to defend another room from malicious persons you may boot the perpetrator from the room, however any member found "joy booting" will be subject to disciplinary action as outlined above. 15.) Personal Relationships are NOT family business, and problems there in should not be discussed in family rooms. This is considered DRAMA and will get your tag pulled or disciplinary action taken. This Does NOT mean you can date a fellow family member, it DOES mean that if you break up your family status will NOT be affected unless the persons involved bring their problems to the family. Both parties will then be summarily dismissed. 16.) Promotions: No new positions will be CREATED. All members will come into the Matrix_Revolutions at the same rank (member) when a position is open promotions will be based on the following: 1: Skill Level 2: Leadership Capability 3: Time in the family (no member can be promoted while still in their probationary period or if membership requirements have not been met. 17.) Ranks: OWNERS (CO OWNERS): Owners of the FAMILY. Co-OWNERS: Advisor to the OWNERS. Leaders (HDLDR-LDR): Advisor to all OWNERS. Must be in membership at least 3 months. Friend Coordinator (FC): Keeps in contact with current Friends and forges new Friendship under the guidance of the Leadership Council. Recruiter (RCT): Answers questions from persons not affiliated with the Matrix_Revolutions regarding membership and general family information. Presents potential members to the Leadership Council for evaluation and possible membership.
